Guidelines for Poster Presentations

• In the final programme, a poster number will be assigned to each poster. One hour prior to the commencement of the poster session at the (ICCNCB-24), presenters must identify the poster display that they've been assigned. These displays have to be identified by their number. Subsequent to which, presenters will have to hang their posters. Materials for pasting or hanging will be given.
• The display area on the poster board is one meter broad by one meter high for each poster.
• The speakers should prepare all of the posters in advance and bring them to the (ICCNCB-24)
• The presenter should prepare their printing in advance as on-site printing is not supported.
• Presenters are requested to be present at their allocated poster presentation stations for the whole poster session to answer questions from curious onlookers.
• You must pick up your poster by the end of the day since we discard any leftover posters.
• At the conclusion of the poster session, the poster judge will select the winners of the Best Poster Awards for the c.
