Cancellation Policy

  • Before attending the (ICGSE -25), every participant must complete the registration process. If a registrant is unable to attend a particular session for any given reason, they may substitute another co-author or someone from the same institute/organization by making arrangements with the (ICGSE -25) registrar.
  • ITAR acknowledges that not everything always goes as planned. Please let the conference secretary know if you need to cancel your registration for a personal reason. If you seek a refund before , your entire payment will be returned. However a processing fee may be deducted.
  • If you submit your request subsequent to , but before , a 30% handling fee will be added to the registration price. 50% of the registration price will be levied as a handling fee if your request is received after but before . There will be no reimbursement if your request is submitted after . We at ITAR sincerely appreciate your patience and co-operation.

Personal Reasons

  • If you are unable to attend the conference for any personal reasons, the (ICGSE -25) is unable to issue a refund or give any compensation. This includes for reasons including trouble getting a visa, health concerns, financial default, etc.

Force Majeure

  • When a force majeure occurrence prevents or interferes with the (ICGSE -25)’s performance, the ITAR is unable to assume liability, provide a refund, or provide any other form of compensation.
  • Any situation that we at ITAR were unable to predict or prevent, even with all reasonable caution, qualifies as "force majeure." These situations include those that are beyond our control, such as fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, unfavourable weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic, and all others of a like nature.

Conference Relocation & Schedule Alterations

  • Under "force majeure" conditions, the (ICGSE -25) organiser, ITAR has the complete and lawful right to alter the conference's date and location. The (ICGSE -25) attendees must abide by the ITAR’s cancellation and refund policies.

Other Measures To Be Aware Of

  • In order to enter the (ICGSE -25) spaces for the entire event, participants must have their name tags on. Entry will not be permitted for those without wearing it. The meeting spaces are not open to participants' associates or families. Please let the coordinators of the (ICGSE -25) know if you plan to send someone so they can get a specific name badge for any activities like presentations, breaks, or meals.
  • Participants should always take care of their things because the (ICGSE -25) space is open to the general public. ITAR and its partners shall not be held liable for any personal property losses.
